Yes, the West Coast is back. Even if it means that you have to go to LA to get on the boat. What is LA, anyway?

K & J: Will you be coming down to the Santa Cruz Blues Festival next week?

We can't easily get out to LA, but are happy for those of you who can. Nice that the West coast cruise is back!

@ Greg & Rita: not just back, but the long trek from Long Beach to San Pedro is actually quite short!

No Excuses!

Hi Geoff - The Santa Cruz Festival looks great.....but we're inundated with some wonderful family events.
Also, we've been getting our music fix on a regular basis at FENIX Live in San Rafael. Every Wednesday is Pro Jam Blues Nite...just like the Crow's Nest. Check it out, especially their live streams. Best acoustics around, Merl Saunders Jr. is the music director. Gorgeous place with a "blues cruise" type crowd. I'll buy you and Judy a drink or two or three if we see you there!!

Karen.....I have read some favorable evaluations on the Facebook (New page added for Left Coast Blues Cruisers) of the boat.

Mike+Linda......this should be easier to get to than San Juan!

We like that we have the option of taking a train to LA and skip the dreaded flight!
